Our hard-working staff, trainees and helpers of our internal service provider, Central Services, are filling a pivotal role. They are on the front line but still discreet.
Our multifaceted and varied important remit is to contribute to the daily wellbeing of our employees and their visitors. This service attitude towards our internal customers is important to us. We are also responsible for the management of our own and rented properties, thereby guaranteeing value preservation of both. Visual inspections, repairs, installation and building works as well as all manners of cleaning work undertaken by our cleaning, technical services and maintenance teams are part of our daily work in order to satisfy our customers' needs and keep our properties in good order.
Our bistretto team is catering for break and lunchtime. During the week (Monday to Friday), bistretto guests are being served lunch at the main building. Snacks for the morning break are available also in our other locations such as the altra site in Neuhausen. As part of our housekeeping services our laundry shop offering includes washing, ironing and mending of staff uniforms and work clothes.
