The bistretto is offering employment in a secure environment for staff, trainees and participants of social integration programmes. The main task are catering for lunch, breaks and events and food preparation for these and of snacks for altra staff. This includes cooking and baking, preparing, cutting and serving of food. Also included are food preservation and storage, cleaning and customer advice.
