Work in Accordance with SOA (Solution-Oriented Approach)

The Solution-Oriented Approach derives from the standpoint that it is more helpful to concentrate on wishes, goals, resources, and exceptions to problems rather than on the problems themselves and how they arose.

Solution-orientation means to recognize "positive differences" and strengthen them. While we focus on success, we particularly assess successful work experiences and processes, and promote enhancement of these approaches in the future.

We work in compliance with the principles of SOA.
