Purpose (Mission)

The foundation’s mission is the formation and operation of institutions for education, integration, permanent employment, and the care of disabled people from the region, particularly from the canton of Schaffhausen. (Excerpt from the foundation statutes)

Objectives (Vision)

Integration of disabled people both in the work force and in society.

On the way toward goal achievement (strategy), we place emphasis on the following orientation:

• Professional mission completion, i.e., quality conscious, solution- and goal-oriented, economical.
• Individuality in our offerings, as well as in the promotion of people according to their abilities and possibilities. Diversity in work offers, housing options, and educational directions.
• Attractive for everyone – personnel and customers
