Protected Workplaces

Everyone has a right to work, but not all people with disabilities are able to secure work in the free market. Some have found a place in our workshops, where they experience the feeling of usefulness and value. The manufacture of products needed by society is meaningful work amongst a team. In this way, our employees form a part of the working world and a part of society.

Group leaders guide the employees. They support their professional training without overburdening them. Everyone may work at their own pace. Diversification is of utmost importance to us. If desired, employees may change their field of work. In so doing, they may learn something new and work together with different people, enabling them to establish new social contacts.

Working can and should be fun! We make a large contribution in the areas of culture, sports, and education, enabling everyone to strike a healthy balance to their daily work. An overview of our leisure offerings can be found here.

We offer support to anyone who wishes to make a professional change. If necessary, we work together with our job coach.

Our agogic and expert specialized personnel work with people according to current and specialized knowledge and recognition.

A disability pension is a stipulation for being able to obtain a protected workplace.

If you have further questions, we are always here for you.
