Altra integration measures and work support

We offer specialized support with a view to integration into the primary labour market. From remedial training to permanent employment. Our wide range of work opportunities enables people to discover, strengthen and consolidate their resources. Together, we pave the way for individual career prospects. We provide support.

"Discover" means: A person finds something new. For example: A person discovers their abilities? Then it means: A person finds out what they are good at.
"Resources" are all the things and people we have so that we can do something. For example, money, electricity, materials and employees.

"Integration" means: a country or a group of people accepts other people. The other people are allowed to join and then belong to the country or group.
"Individual" means: Every person is different, and every person is special. That's why every person needs different support. We adapt our offer to each person. This makes our offer different and individual for every person.
"Perspective" can mean "outlook." Then a perspective is something that may happen in the future. But a "perspective" can also mean "point of view". When people have different perspectives, they think differently about certain things.

Work integration individual and personal.

"Work integration" means: people with disabilities get a job in the general labor market. Then people with and without disabilities work together.

We support people with temporary or long-term health restrictions and accompany the process of reintegration into the labor market. To this end, we work together with the referring agencies and external companies.

"Temporary" means that something only lasts for a certain amount of time.
A "referring agency" is, for example, an office of the municipality or the canton. A person can also be a referring body, for example a doctor or a therapist.

Together we develop solutions that are personally tailored to the individual and his or her needs.

At our diverse internal workplaces, work performance and attendance time can be built up in a targeted and individual manner. Goals are developed and reviewed in regular location meetings.

A "goal" is something that a person desires and wants to achieve. A goal can be a place. But a goal can also be that a person wants to be able to do something.
