Advanced training
At our diverse internal workplaces, work performance and attendance time can be built up in a targeted and individual manner. Goals are developed and reviewed in regular location meetings.
Work training
Here, the skills achieved are further developed and stabilized. Work training preferably takes place in external companies. The aim of this measure is to train the ability to work in the first labor market.
Work attempt
Our job coaches accompany job attempts in the primary labor market. They offer professional support to both job seekers and employers.
Application coaching
Our job coaches accompany people throughout the entire application process. In the process, application documents are prepared, appearance skills are trained, the job search is supported and application strategies are developed.
Employment agency
We advise and accompany people in their job search, during interviews and in the workplace. In doing so, we use our network of local companies and institutions.
Job coaching (work support)
Our job coaches support young people and adults in all topics related to work. Together we define strengths, interests and goals.
We advise not only employees, but also employers and companies.
