Sustainability Strategy

As a social institution, our focus is on people and their resources. We are interested in offering our fellow human beings a sustainable and self-determined working and living environment. We act economically, always with our environment in mind and are ISO 14001:2015 certified.

The main points of our sustainability strategy:

Environment

We promote environmentally friendly solutions and check their environmental compatibility when making investments and acquiring orders.

Heat

We generate / obtain heat from renewable energy sources whenever possible. We reduce our heating requirements by reducing heat losses and using waste heat.

Electricity

We use green electricity from energy sources such as water, sun and biomass to minimize our CO2 emissions. We are driving forward the efficient use of electricity and the corresponding savings potential.

Transportation

We train our drivers to drive efficiently and ensure that our routes are as short as possible.

Raw material cycle

We make sure that we recycle as much as possible, thereby helping to reduce the amount of waste we dispose of. We also handle other valuable materials such as water with care.
