Inclusion Council

Bringing inclusion to life - inclusion in practice! Altra's management has decided to implement the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UN CRPD). The Inclusion Council monitors and reviews the management's ongoing engagement with the UN CRPD and its demands for inclusion.

The council, which consists of 15 members of staff, discusses findings, suggestions and ideas with the management at the self-organized monthly meetings. The council members take part in events on topics relating to inclusion and further training on self-representation.
